What is Name Your Agent?
The Name Your Agent feature allows you to assign a custom name to your AI phone assistant. When callers ask for the assistant's name, it will respond with the name you've chosen, creating a more personalized and natural phone experience.
How to Set Up Your Agent's Name
Follow these simple steps to give your AI phone assistant a name:
- Log in to your Hooroo.ai dashboard
- Navigate to Business & Agent Profile in the main menu
- Scroll to the Agent Personalisation section
- Find the Agent Name field
- Enter your preferred name for your AI assistant
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
Your changes will take effect immediately. The next time someone calls and asks for your assistant's name, it will respond with the name you've chosen.
