Call Summary Settings
Call Summary Settings allow you to configure how and when you receive notifications after your phone calls. This feature helps you stay informed about your conversations without having to manually check your call logs.
Notification Types
You can choose to receive call summaries through the following channels:
- Email: Receive a detailed summary of your calls in your inbox
- SMS Text Message: Get a condensed version of your call summary sent to your mobile phone
For each channel, you can elect an email address or mobile number to send the summary to. If email is left blank, we will use the email address you used to sign up for Hooroo.ai. Text messages will only be sent to the mobile number that has been explicitly entered in the text message field.
Notification Conditions
You can control which calls trigger notifications:
- Customer Calls Only: Only receive summaries for calls with identified customers in your database (people who have previously contacted your business or are listed in your contacts)
- All Calls: Receive summaries for every call, including unknown callers and outbound calls
- No Notifications: Do not receive any notifications
Setting Up Call Summaries
To configure your call summary settings:
- Navigate to the Notification Settings section in the main navigation menu
- Choose your preferred notification types, conditions, and content options
- Click Save Changes to apply your new settings
