Setting up is straightforward. In your Hooroo.ai Business & Agent Profile, you can now add your existing online appointment booking URL (from services like Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, or your own website's booking page). You also have a simple toggle to enable or disable this feature.

When a caller indicates they want to schedule an appointment and the feature is active, your AI assistant will politely ask if they'd like a booking link sent via text. If they agree, the link is dispatched immediately. The AI will even briefly explain that they just need to click the link to choose the best time for their appointment. If the feature is off, or you haven't set a link, your AI will revert to taking a message for manual follow-up.
